Happy Anniversary, Doctor Who

Doctor Who premiered on November 23, 1963, the day after the Kennedy assassination. That’s forty-eight years of wandering about in time and space and damn, if you don’t show half those years, Doctor.

Lest anyone forget what it’s all about, let Craig Ferguson of The Late, Late Show remind you: “the triumph of intellect and romance over brute force and cynicism.”
